These Holiday Vodka Sippers are the perfect holiday cocktail! You only need a handful of ingredients and can make in smaller or bigger batches for a crowd! Made with vodka, cranberry and pear juice, and topped off with champagne!

The holidays are almost here and although they may look very different for many of us this year, that doesn’t mean we should compromise on good food and drinks. In fact, I think this justifies extra delicious festive treats and cocktails this year!

My friends at Wheatley Vodka asked me to create the perfect holiday cocktail for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Of course, I am always down to mix up a new drink and Wheatley Vodka is my go-to vodka to use.

Wheatley Vodka is smooth enough to just sip over ice with hints of soft vanilla and provides the perfect foundation for mixing up delicious cocktails. Wheatley will now be in regular rotation on my bar cart!

I decided to make a drink that would be perfect for Christmas and New Year’s Eve – Holiday Vodka Sippers! These sippers are made with Wheatley Vodka, cranberry and pear juices, and is topped off with champagne. These sippers have just the right amount of sweetness without being too heavy and the red color is so festive for the holidays! Garnishes like cranberries and star anise also add that festive touch.

Recipe Tips and Suggestions:

If you cannot find pear juice, swap it for orange juice if that is easier to find (or if you prefer it).
This recipe makes two drinks. It can easily be doubled (or more) if you’d rather mix it in a larger batch for a party.
I like to garnish with a star of anise because they just look so pretty and festive along with some cranberries. You can also garnish with pomegranate seeds or sugared cranberries for a slightly fancier look.

Holiday Vodka Sippers - This festive holiday punch is perfect for Christmas or NYE! Made with vodka, cranberry and pear juices, and champagne!

Ingredients

3 ounces Wheatley Vodka
4 ounces cranberry juice
3 ounces pear juice
champagne
for garnish: cranberries, star anise, cinnamon sticks, orange slices

Instructions

Fill two glasses with ice and set aside. Pour the vodka and juices into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to combine. Divide the mixture between the two glasses. Top each glass with champagne. Garnish with fresh cranberries, star anise, and/or orange slices.
