Banana Energy Bites

Do your kiddos love bananas? I’d say bananas are certainly my little one’s favorite fruit. In fact, she’s basically on a banana-only fruit strike these days. I recently made these little no-bake Banana Energy Bites to have around for a snack and even I can’t stop eating them!

These energy bites are packed with banana, fresh grated apple, oats, nut butter, flax, and sweetened with honey! I’m a big fan of energy bites, especially at night when I get a sweet tooth, but don’t want to overindulge or in between meals. I love having these bites around to snack on as needed.

Speaking of bananas, I’ve teamed up with Chiquita to not only share this great energy bite recipe, but to also tell you guys about this fun contest they have going on where you can share your Chiquita smile and win a Walt Disney World® vacation from Chiquita! I really want one of you guys to win!

Disney World is such a magical place and I can’t wait to take my daughter there someday soon. Epcot has always been my personal favorite ever since I was little, but I think my little monkey would love Animal Kingdom as she is currently obsessed with all things animals at the moment as evidenced by our Animal Kingdom-themed contest photo!
