Raspberry Lemonade Champagne Punch
Today is a special celebration! It is a virtual baby shower for Nicole from The Marvelous Misadventures of a Foodie!
I first met Nicole from just finding each other through other blogs a couple of years ago and then when I moved to Phoenix, we finally got to meet in person. Nicole is incredibly sweet and while it was fun to be a part of her actual baby shower, I’m even more excited to be a part of her virtual shower!
Nicole loves three things: Brownies, pizza, and booze. A girl after my own heart, obviously. When Ari asked me what I wanted to make for the shower, I chose booze. I mean, duh.
I always think of champagne for showers. First, it pretty much defines the word “celebration” and second, the ladies always love it! With spring on its way, I thought a boozy lemonade punch would be perfect!

What kind of champagne, brut or asti (dry or sweet)?
I would like to know the answer to this question as well!
It’s really up to you! I used Asti, but you can use either.
This was delicious! I made it for New Years Eve. I found the juice concentrate with no problem in frozen juice section at Publix. I used Costco brand (Kirkland) Champagne, because why not! I also used club soda and unflavored vodka. The punch was pleasantly fruity without a strong taste of alcohol. I’ll definitely make it again.
Thanks for sharing! I plan on making this for a shower with 25 guests- should I just quadruple the recipe or will that be too much?
Hi Chelsea, yes, I would probably quadruple the recipe for that many people. Some may not drink it, but some people may want more than one glass.

Approximately how many glasses does this make?
About 6 glasses.
Do you unthaw the lemonade concentrate first?
Nope! Just use as is and it will dissolve when mixed.
Can you prepare this a day in advance?
You could, but you’d lose the fizz!!

I would love to make this again, but this time around I can’t find the frozen concentrate anywhere! Any suggestions on substitutions?
