They are good a room temperature which makes for easy packing. Not only are these great for lunches, it’s almost time for football season and these pizza rolls are also the perfect game day snack!

All you need to make these is some pizza dough which you can either buy from the store or from scratch, ranch dressing, thinly sliced deli turkey, crumbled bacon, and of course, cheese! I used freshly grated cheddar.

I had these prepped in less than 10 minutes so they are perfect for easy lunch prepping! The other great thing about these is you can really make them your own. I used turkey, but you could use any deli meat of your choice like ham, roast beef, or a combo. The cheeses can also be changed up. I used turkey bacon in these, but any kind will do.

Recipe Tips and Suggestions:

  • You can use either store bought pizza dough or you can you make your own.
  • Feel free to switch up the deli meat in these. I used turkey, but you could also use ham, roast beef, pepperoni, or you can do a mix.
  • I grated my own cheddar for this. Pre-shredded cheese doesn’t melt as smoothly due to additives. You will notice that some of the cheese “leaks” out while these are baking, but it should be fine and it sort of develops a tasty “Crust” on top and bottom of the rolls!
  • Serve these with a side of ranch, BBQ sauce, or even marinara sauce for dipping,
