Roasted Red Pepper Spread

I’ve been seriously trying to up my lunch game lately. I feel like I always complain about my seemingly constant lunch rut of predictability.

I’ve been doing a lot of rotating between salads and wraps, but sometimes even those can get a little boring. I wanted to mix up a quick and easy spread to make things more exciting!

Roasted Red Pepper Spread

For this spread, I used the new Piquillo Peppers from Cara Mia. They are perfect for this spread! A little smokey, some sweet, and a little heat!

This red pepper spread is creamy and flavorful and so much more exciting than plain mayo. It really elevates any sandwich or wrap to a new level and with only a few ingredients! While it’s perfect for sandwiches and wraps, you can also use it to spread onto your morning bagel! Or, you could also just eat it with a spoon. Just sayin’.
