No-Churn Strawberry Ice Cream

Help me! I’m drowning in a sea of boxes and paper! The movers delivered our stuff on Friday and we’ve been busy unpacking box after box. We let the moving company pack most of our things and I have never seen so much paper in my life. After they left our house and I started seeing all of the boxes stacked all over the house, I felt totally overwhelmed. Every time I have moved, it gets more and more complicated with more things. Although I do enjoy having a new place to live, it’s always so stressful at first with trying to figure out where to put everything. I just want to sit and drink wine…and eat ice cream!

I made this easy No-Churn Strawberry Ice Cream a few weeks ago and I really wish I had a bowl right now to help me cope with my moving stress!

No-Churn Strawberry Ice Cream

If you guys have never tried two-ingredient no-churn ice cream, you have to give it a try! The base is always very simple with just heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk. The condensed milk takes the place of the custard mixture in more traditional ice cream recipes. The heavy cream gives it a nice creamy texture. Once you have this base, there are so many flavor possibilities!

I added some fresh pureed strawberries and it was just fabulous! I felt 1 pint of strawberries was just right, but if you want more strawberry flavor, feel free to add more!
