Low-Carb Mini Bagels
These Low-Carb Bagels are great for satisfying your bagel cravings without all the heaviness of a regular bagel. Best of all, they could not be simpler to make! You only need 4 ingredients for these bagels: almond flour, Greek yogurt, an egg, and some baking powder. I also sprinkled on some everything bagel seasoning.
These are definitely mini-bagel size, but that works well for me. If you are extra hungry, you can pull out two of them. I actually like to bake a double batch of these as one recipe only makes about 8 smaller ones. If you want them larger, you can also do that and will get you 5 larger bagels. Pop these in the toaster and serve with your favorite cream cheese or make mini breakfast sandwiches.
I used the beloved bagel seasoning from Trader Joe’s, but you leave them plain or use any other seasoning or bagel topping of your choice!
Recipe Tips and Suggestions:
- I prefer to chill the dough for about 30 minutes or so after I mix up the batter as it makes it easier to work with.
- Any toppings or seasonings you would use for bagels works well here. Sesame or popyseeds seeds, everything bagel seasoning, etc.!
- On their own (without the seasonings), these have a very neutral flavor. You can enjoy them with any type of cream cheese!
- I do recommend keeping these stored in the fridge. It helps keep them fresher a few extra days.
- I love to pop these in the toaster to heat them up to eat!
- These are more delicate than your traditional bagel made with flour, but I had no issues slicing them in half using a serrated knife. Just handle them with a bit of care afterwards.
- This recipe makes up to six mini bagels. If you want to make them bigger, you can divide the dough into 3-4 pieces instead.

Your low-carb mini bagels are all off. The macros on this bagel seem way off and inaccurate. I entered the recipe with a couple of variations in carb manager and get completely different results. 2 cups of almond flour alone has 1284 calories – divide that by 6 you get 214 – then add yogurt and egg – how can you list 87 calories, total fat 5.8 g and 3.5 g of protein. Your macros are completely off. 2 cups of Almond flour has 43.8 carbs and 46.7 protein and 112.7 f of fat. It is misleading.
Hi Diane, thank you for your comment. It does look like the serving size this recipe makes was incorrect. It has been updated. Just as a note for related to the nutrition facts on this site in general, as stated in the disclaimers on my site, I use an automatic recipe plug-in that calculates this information as I am not an nutritionist. I cannot guarantee that it is correct and it may get things wrong sometimes if it can’t figure out an ingredient. I always recommend that if you are really counting carbs, calories, or sugars, it is best to always verify with a reliable source as most bloggers use the same plug-ins. Hope this helps!
