Yesterday, I shared the Top Ten recipes of 2013 on Eat. Drink. Love.. Those recipes were the most popular recipes on the blog this year. Today, on this very last day of 2013, I wanted to share my personal favorite recipes that I have posted since I started blogging!

When you have a food blog, you are always trying to come up with new recipes. This often means that you don’t get to repeat too many recipes. However, there are a number of recipes that I have posted that my husband and I make on a regular basis or that were just a personal favorite to me that I will make again.

Favorite Recipes 2013

(From left to right down each row)

Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Tacos: Not only is this the most popular recipe on this blog, but it is a definite favorite in my house and we make it twice a month, sometimes more. It is super easy to make with the crockpot and the chicken has such great flavor. Though we usually make tacos with the chicken, I have also been making my own burrito bowls with it a la Chipotle.

Baked Parmesan Chicken: This is another chicken recipe we make at least once a month. It’s also very simple to make so my husband has no problem prepping it if I am running home late from work. Although it’s baked, you still get a nice crunch from the panko bread crumbs and Parmesan. It’s also very kid-friendly. You could make them into chicken strips for the kiddos!

Berry and Mascarpone Crostini: I’m not sure if my favorite thing about this crostini is the photos or the taste. I’ll go with the taste. This berry and mascarpone crostini is such a pretty little summer appetizer and has some of my favorite things with crusty bread, mascarpone cheese, berries, and a drizzle of honey!

Apple Pumpkintini: I make a lot of drinks for this blog and of all of them, this martini is probably my favorite. It tastes like fall with apple cider and pumpkin puree and a hint of vanilla! I could drink hundreds of these.

Spicy Black Bean Burgers: We like to make burgers at home on Saturday nights, but I am not a big beef eater so I often make these black bean burgers for myself. I make a double batch at a time and wrap each up patty individually and stick them into freezer bags so I can take just one at a time.

Irish Cream No-Bake Cheesecake: Oh Lordy. This is the no-bake cheesecake that started them all and it is still both mine and my husband’s favorite. In fact, he calls them a “revelation”. I don’t disagree.

Stovetop Chicken Enchiladas: These are the enchiladas that finally got my husband to eat enchiladas. These are super yummy and easy to make and you can make them right on the stovetop!

Crockpot Pot Roast: You know I love anything I can make in the slow cooker. This pot roast is another favorite of ours and it’s another recipe my husband can prep on his own. This recipe results in the most tender pot roast and the tastiest gravy!

Easy Tomato Sauce: Any family recipe I post on this blog is obviously a favorite. This tomato sauce is a happy medium between making sauce from scratch and using the canned stuff. We don’t do the bottled stuff in this house. I make it all of the time and it freezes great for quick weeknight meals or homemade pizza.

Raspberry Peach Lemonade: We love this lemonade! I make it continuously during the summer! Nothing beats homemade lemonade!

Emergency Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies: Can I get an Amen?

Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes: Duh.

Baked Pumpkin Doughnuts: These doughnuts are so fabulous. My husband who usually dislikes pumpkin also really enjoyed these. I will definitely be making these every fall!

30-minute Chicken Tortilla Soup: My most favorite soup ever! I make this soup often and pile on warm tortilla chips, avocado, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. It’s really filling too!

Copycat P.F. Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps: These lettuce wraps are my favorite appetizer and these are so easy to make at home. They make for a great low carb meal and are so tasty!
