Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers
Ranch is perfect for seasoning burgers. I actually wasn’t sure if I should post these because it’s obviously just adding ranch seasoning, but paired heck, these were scrumptious and deserve to be shared before grilling season is over! I also mixed up some ranch and mayo and that ranchy mayo goodness was also super delish and I want to put it on all of the things!
These are the easiest burgers to mix up. If chicken burgers aren’t your thing, you can swap it for ground beef or turkey. I love the hint of freshness from the lime in both the meat mixture and the ranchy mayo. Top with these with your favorite toppings – I made some bacon, avocado, onion, tomatoes, and lettuce. You cannot go wrong!
Recipe Tips and Suggestions:
- We love chicken burgers, but you can obviously use beef or ground turkey if you want!
- Suggested toppings: sliced tomatoes, onion, avocado, romaine lettuce, and of course, the ranchy mayo!
- I love to prep burgers for easy dinners. I like to buy extra meat and make extra burgers to wrap up individually and freeze so we can just grab burgers to toss on the grill whenever we need to. These burgers freeze really well!
