Candy Corn Martini
I know what some of you are thinking. You’re thinking that this sounds disgusting. You are a candy corn hater.
I am not a candy corn hater, thus, this drink is delicious. I fear I am going to need a candy corn intervention soon. I might even turn into a piece of candy corn.
I think people either love it or hate it. If you hated it, you cringed every time someone put bags of candy corn in your trick-or-treating bag and then after you were done, you did everything in your power to trade your candy corn full-size Snickers bars.
Whatevs, I’ll take your candy corn, but I won’t give you my Snickers bars either. I’m greedy like that. Sorry.
So this drink…you start out by infusing vodka with candy corn for a few hours. It turns bright orange and gets all nice and sweet. Throw a few more ingredients into the martini shaker, toss some more candy corn in a glass and it’s time to get your candy corn on! This drink is a must for your Halloween parties!

Candy Corn Martini
This festive Candy Corn Martini is made with homemade candy corn infused vodka, pineapple juice, and butterscotch schnapps. Great for Halloween parties!
Ingredients
For the candy corn vodka:
- 1 cup plain or vanilla vodka
- 1/3 cup candy corn
For the martini:
- 3 ounces candy corn vodka
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces ginger ale
- 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
Instructions
For the candy corn vodka:
- To make the candy corn vodka, pour the vodka into a glass measuring cup. Add in the candy corn. Refrigerate the vodka for 3 hours.
- Remove the vodka from the fridge, pour through a strainer and discard the solids.
For the martini:
- Add a handful of ice into a martini shaker. Add the vodka, juice, ginger ale, and schnapps. Cover and shake well. Pour into two martini glasses. Add more candy corn in the bottom of each glass for garnish.
Notes
The infused vodka is enough for more than two drinks. If you are planning to serve this drink for a party, you can easily make larger batches if necessary.

I have to try this with the leftover bag of candy corn I have! This is an awesome recipe!! Happy Friday to you!!!!!!!
I admit it, I’m not big on candy corn. I eat a little every year for nostalgia’s sake but that’s about it. I have to say however, that the idea of infusing it into vodka is rather intriguing! I need to try this soon. I have half a bag of candy corn to use up :-D
I am definitely a candy corn hater! haha They have never been my thing. But I am loving the color of this martini! It’s so fun! Happy Friday!!
I only tried candy corn for the firs time last week… I have to say, I am no “in Love” … but then alcohol makes everything nicer, as does a pretty cocktail glass.
I can’t say I’ve ever tried candy corn, which sounds ridiculous – based on Pinterest I think I may be the last person on the planet who can say that :) But the colour of this is gorgeous!
Mmm, candy corn? In a drink? That is brilliant :D
Cheers

I always have a bowl of candy corn on the counter for the month of October. Now I know what I’m doing with the leftovers! What a gorgeous martini!
I’m pretty sure I’d love this…and I know my best friend (WHO ADORES CANDY CORN) would die and go to heaven!
Candy corn vodka?? Get out! So creative and it sounds AWESOME, Stephanie!
You know in cartoons when the cartoon sees something it loves and its eyeballs pop out with a bunch of hearts? THAT, my friend, is how I feel at this exact moment. LOVE. AT. FIRST. SIGHT. Candy corn vodka needs to happen in my happy hour.
I am a candy corn lover – or at least for a couple weeks until I get sick of them ;) I love the infused vodka! Seriously, you can’t go wrong with that. Then you put butterscotch schnapps in it?! I want one of these martini’s asap!
This recipe looks super sweet and simple! Is there a way to make it a candy-corn flavor without the candy-corn flavored vodka? I would like to also make this for my non-alcoholic friends.
Hi Tess, I have never tried it, but you might try infusing sparkling water with the candy corn, but I’m not sure how it will turn out!
Thanks, Stephanie. That just might work– I’ll definitely try it!
