20 Perfect Back-to-School Recipes
It’s Back-to-School time! Parents are rejoicing everywhere! The start of a new school year can be pretty chaotic and it’s not always easy to come up with meal ideas so I’ve rounded up a bunch of my favorites that are really perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or dinner!
Baked Oatmeal Cups – Running behind schedule? Take your oatmeal on the-go! These are totally customizable too!
Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal – This oatmeal is decadent and filling! A treat for the whole family!
Peanut Butter and Jelly Muffins – These moist muffins are baked with peanut butter in the batter and stuffed with jelly of your choice!
Low-Carb Egg Muffins – One of the most popular recipes on this blog, these egg muffins are truly the perfect breakfast. You can customize the fillings and it’s a great way to enjoy a low-carb breakfast when you are in a hurry and for stuffing some protein and veggies in for the kids!
Baked Pumpkin French Toast – I know some of you guys are like “Pumpkin already? WTF?!” But seriously, fall is on its way! Plus, pumpkin puree is packed with vitamins! You can do all the prep work for this french toast the night before and just stick the pan in the oven in the morning when you wake up.
Slow Cooker Apple Cinnamon Steel Cut Oats – Here’s another great breakfast that cooks in your slow cooker overnight! You will wake up to the most amazing aroma of apples and cinnamon!
Homemade Granola Bars – Homemade granola bars are perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. These bars have no-added sugar or butter and you can add in just about anything!
Peanut Butter Banana Snack Bars – I don’t know about you guys, but I’m all about any excuse to eat cake for breakfast and these snack bars will satisfy any sweet tooth!
Green Power Smoothie – Smoothies are always a good choice for breakfast or a snack. This smoothie is packed with spinach, Greek yogurt, and fruit.
Apple Tuna Bites – While I certainly wouldn’t eat these for breakfast, these bites are so great for a snack or for a quick and easy lunch that’s also really healthy!

Easy Homemade Pizza Dough – Pizza dough is another perfect recipe to prep on a weekend. You can double the batch and freeze them individually and just defrost when you are ready to use it.
