Easy Focaccia Bread

Oh bread, I love you so.

I wish I didn’t. It’s so dangerous. Especially when it’s homemade. And if you then plop down some olive oil, it’s pretty much over. Baking with yeast used to kind of terrify me. I was always afraid it wouldn’t rise, but it’s really never given me a problem so I am trying to really overcome my fear by baking it with more often! Focaccia bread is perfect not only for dipping, but also for sandwiches and you can either leave it plain or with as many fresh herbs as possible. My favorite topping is just fresh garlic and rosemary. Rosemary is focaccia bread’s other best friend (aside from olive oil) in case you didn’t know and let’s not forget to mention how heavenly it smells while it’s baking!
